What are your set up and tear down times?

Our professional team ensures efficient setup and take down, typically requiring 1 hour before your event starts to make sure we are prepped and ready and 20-30 minutes after it concludes. We coordinate closely with your venue to make this process seamless and non-disruptive.

Is The Glow Box Portrait Booth a photo booth?

While we provide an interactive photo experience, The Glow Box is a sophisticated, seamless black and white portrait booth with real-time retouching and printing at your event. Professional lights, our signature white backdrop, a professional portrait photographer and a photo retoucher are all on site to run the booth.

What is your payment structure?

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due at least 30 days prior to your event. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.

Can you print extra copies for me as well?

We offer on-site printing, per each photo taken we typically print up to 2 copies each to ensure that we stay efficent and on time with each photo take. A full gallery of every photobooth photo from the night will be put onto a digital gallery that will be sent to the bride and groom at a later date to share with everyone!
